Please know that we inspect an item before shipping it to you. If you found something faulty or damage on your item upon shipping, you have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please follow the steps below to have your item replaced within 7 days.
1. Take a photo of the damaged item
2. Please send an email to email@example.com with SUBJECT: REPLACE
3. Let us know your order number and the damage of the item.
It would take another 7 days for us to reprint your photo.
