If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on wood prints or custom art commissioned with our local artists.

Within reason, we may offer you a reprint of your item.

For bulk orders, once the production of your bulk order has started, we cannot offer refunds of your downpayment.

Damages

We pack your prints for shipping to the best of our ability after a thorough inspection to ensure there are no damages while in our workshop.

While damage during shipping is out of our control, if you received a package that seems to have been tampered with, please send us a photo of the package and we'll see what we can do.

Reprints

Please know that we inspect an item before shipping it to you to ensure that we send you a beautiful print.

Due to the handmade nature of our highly customized prints, we do not offer reprints for the following causes as outlined in our Terms and Conditions that you have agreed upon while ordering:

  • Wood grains visible underneath the photo/artwork that are naturally occuring imperfections of wood
  • Slight color differences between printed photo/artwork and as seen on a computer/device screen

Significant color differences and deviation of photo/artwork crop from approved photo/artwork submission is applicable for reprinting.

Claims

Please follow the steps below to have your item replaced within 7 days of receipt.

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item.
  2. Please send an email to hello@mywoodencanvas.com with the subject "Reprint" and include your order number.
  3. Let us know your order number and the damage of the item.

Reprinting of your item is subject to our regular processing times (7-10 days).
