Why we collect it: To load the Site correctly, and to analyse how it is being used so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
How it is collected: Automatically, through cookies, log files, and similar tracking technologies when you visit the Site.
Who we share it with: Google Analytics. We share device and usage data with Google to understand how visitors use the Site. We do not share any other personal information with Google. Order Information
What we collect: Name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, payment information, and the photographs or artwork you provide for printing.
Why we collect it: To process and fulfil your order, confirm payment, arrange delivery, and communicate with you about your order.
How it is collected: Directly from you when you place an order or contact us.
Who we share it with: Your payment information is processed through PayPal where applicable. Your photographs or artwork are shared with our printing partner solely for the purpose of producing your order. No personally identifiable information is shared with our printing partner beyond what is necessary to complete the print.
Customer Support Information
What we collect: Name, email address, phone number, and any information you share with us when you contact us for support.
Why we collect it: To respond to your inquiry and provide support.
How it is collected: Directly from you.
Who we share it with: No one.
How We Handle Your Photos
Your photographs are personal. We treat them accordingly.
Photos uploaded through our website are stored on our server and will be deleted within 60 days of your order being completed. In practice, files may be deleted earlier if storage is needed.
If you send photos to us via email, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Instagram, or any other third-party platform, those files may remain in the message history of that platform according to that platform’s own policies. This is outside our control. We will delete any copies of your files on our own systems within the same 60-day window.
We will never share your photos on our social media channels or website without asking for your explicit permission first.
Behavioural Advertising
We currently run advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We may use information about your interaction with our Site and ads to show you more relevant advertising on those platforms.
