Abie Diola has been drawing animals since before it was her job. Based in Marikina, she works in a style she calls "pawtraits": semi-realistic portraits with a warmth and softness that makes her subjects look exactly like themselves, just a little more loved.

She's an interior designer by day and a digital artist by night, and that eye for detail shows in every piece. If you have a pet you want to remember, or one you simply want to celebrate, this is the print for that.

What you're ordering

This listing is for a single-pet bust portrait in Abie's style, printed on wood and finished by hand at our Cubao Expo shop.

If you'd like a full-body portrait, multiple pets, or your pet together with their human, just let us know when you place your order and we'll confirm the final price with you before work begins.

How it works

1. Place your order and send us a clear photo of your pet. Face-forward, good light, and an expression or pose that looks like them. The clearer the photo, the more Abie has to work with.
2. We send your photo and any special requests to Abie.
3. Once she's done, we share a preview with you for approval. You can request up to two revisions before we send anything to print.
4. Once you're happy with it, we print it on wood and prepare it for pickup or delivery.

Total turnaround is approximately 7 days from the time Abie receives your brief. We'll keep you updated along the way.

A note on the artwork

Every portrait Abie makes is drawn from scratch for the person who ordered it. What you receive is a one-of-a-kind piece: not a filter, not a template. The sample shown is a commissioned piece made specifically for Wooden Canvas. Your portrait will be drawn in the same style, from your photo.
