Getting Your Print to You
We offer three ways to receive your order:
Pickup at our showroom. Come by Wooden Canvas at Shop 41, Cubao Expo, Gen. Romulo Ave., Quezon City. We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 1pm to 6pm. We will let you know when your order is ready. If you are unable to come in yourself, you are welcome to send a same-day delivery rider to collect on your behalf, or we can arrange a Grab or Lalamove pickup from our showroom on the same day your order is ready.
Local courier. We ship nationwide. Metro Manila deliveries typically take 2 to 3 days from dispatch; provincial destinations take 3 to 8 days. Please note that courier timelines are estimates and can be affected by weather, typhoons, and holiday rush periods. These delays are outside our control.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 days of order confirmation and payment. This covers file preparation, print production, and finishing.
When your order is ready for pickup or has been handed to a courier, we will notify you.
If we are experiencing unusually high order volume, we may need additional time. We will let you know if this affects your order.
Planning for a Specific Occasion
If your order is for a birthday, anniversary, Christmas, or any other specific date, please place your order at least 7 days before you need it, not counting delivery time.
To receive your order before a specific occasion:
- Allow 7 days for processing.
- Add courier delivery time on top of that (2 to 3 days for Metro Manila, 3 to 8 days for provincial).
For nationwide courier orders targeting a specific date, we recommend placing your order at least 10 to 14 days in advance.
If you are not sure whether your order can arrive in time, contact us before placing it. We will give you an honest answer.
Rush Orders
We cannot guarantee rush orders, but you are welcome to inquire at hello@mywoodencanvas.com or via Facebook Messenger. We will let you know if it is possible based on our current schedule. The minimum turnaround we can offer under any circumstances is 2 days.
